.Summer Youth Employment - subsidized employment for low income youth and job placement services for older or ineligible youth.

Employment and Training

. Job Readiness and Job Retention Skills Training for Community Residents.
- Job development in the private sector.

Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)

∙ Payment of utility bills for qualifying customers with a shut-off notice.
. Financial counselling and Money Management

Eviction Prevention

- Payment of rental & mortgage arrears for qualifying customers with eviction notice.
- Financial counseling and money management.

Family Health Plus & Child Health Plus

∙Health insurance that provides free comprehensive health coverage for adults with limited income and children regardless of income or immigration status.

Tax Information Services

∙ Low income Tax clinic (LITC) provide low- income and ESL populations with Taxpayer education services such as Rights and Respoonsibilities as a Taxpayer, Earned Income Tax Credits and Child Tax Credits.

Energy Share

∙Supplemental payment of utilty arrears for low- income eligible customers.

Advocacy

Assistance in application preparation and navigation of human service system ( i.e. Social Security, Social Services, Vendors)

Gently used Clothing & Furniture

- Acquisition and distribution of personal and household items to low income individuals, families and victums of disasters

Food Pantry

- Distribution of Bulk food items to low income indidividuls and families to supplement food allowance.

Back to School Clothing

. Distribution of new clothing and school related items to low income families with children.

Holiday Baskets & Toys

. Distribution of food baskets and toys during the holiday season. ( November & December)

Summer Camp Scholarships

- Camp scholarships for low-income Ossining residents.

Micro-Fund

- No interest loans for Ossining residents with emergencies.

Wheels for Work

- No interest car loans for TANF eligible customers with transportation issues related to employment retention or acquisition.

Hearty Helping

- Access to food commodities monthly at below wholesale prices.
