Nutrition

Establishing a nutrition center for low-income senior residents of New Rochelle. The city of New Rochelle consolidated its nutrition program which made it difficult for the low-income seniors to have easy access. The New Rochelle Community Action Agency created a program through volunteers to help operate and service 75 seniors.

The creation of Head Start Programs to serve the Homeless Shelter mother's eighty-seven(87) children in the New Rochelle Community benefited from this program.
