Services

Senior Nutritional Program
  • Description: Seniors meet at site from 9am - 9pm
  • Activities includes: Arts & Craft, Exercise Classes, Visiting Nurse (once a month), Singing (once a week), Trips and Luncheons (2.00 per senior)
  • Eligibility: New Rochelle Residents

New Rochelle CAP Summer Camp
  • Description: Offer a six-week summer camp program for youth ages: 6-12, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.
  • Activities includes: Field Activities (twice a week), Swimming, Art & Crafts, Drama Classes, Culture Classes, Life Skills, Game Room and Resource Room
  • Eligibility: New Rochelle Residents

Eviction Prevention
  • Description: Offers assistant to individuals who fall in arrears with rent. Assistance can only be attained if client can provide the necessary documents.

Home Energy Assistant Program (HEAP)
  • Description: Assistant with utility bill payment (Con Edison), Boiler Replacement and Emergency cut off notice.

Social Service Application
  • Description: Clients are assisted with preparation of applications for the department of Social Services. Applications are available on site.

Victims Assistant
  • Description: Victims of a crime is referred to our agency by the local police department or hospital. Clients are then interviewed and ask to complete an application so that they may receive benefits pertaining to medical coverage, death of a family member or reimbursement for loss or stolen items.

Emergency Food Pantry
  • Description: Clients are provided with a three day supply of food. All Clients must present a letter from an agency such as, Department of Social Services, etc..

  • Description: Designed for individuals who fall in the low-moderate income guidelines

  • Description: Offers housing to single-parents (women) whose income is on or below the poverty guideline. Also offers rooming to single men who are coping with drugs or alcohol abuse.
